1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mamibet ("Company", "we", or "our platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the mamibet website accessible at mamibet.vin, including our mobile app and all related services.

By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or simply browsing and using any part of the Mamibet platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. 2 Account Eligibility

To register and use mamibet services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. mamibet takes the protection of minors and young people from gambling activities very seriously.
• You must register under your own name and not on behalf of another person or business entity.

3 Registration & Account

• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at mamibet. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Password confidentiality: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Mamibet will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• Prohibited activities: Any suspicious or unauthorized activity on your account must be reported to the mamibet support team immediately.
• Identity verification: Mamibet reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or bank statement before processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary.

You agree that all activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility, unless it can be proven that the account was accessed without your authorisation and you reported it to us promptly.

4 Deposit & Payment

Mamibet supports a wide range of popular and trusted payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed through secure encryption systems to protect your financial information.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. mamibet does not accept payments from third parties.
• Mamibet reserves the right to suspend or reject any deposit deemed suspicious or in conflict with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
• All transactions are final once confirmed. mamibet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Mamibet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Valid period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• One offer per member: Each promotion is limited to one claim per member, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method, unless otherwise stated.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the mamibet platform are subject to their own specific rules, available within the game interface. In addition to those specific rules, the following general rules apply to all games:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent bodies to ensure true fairness and randomness in every spin or round.
• Game results are final. In the event of a dispute, game logs stored on Mamibet's servers will serve as the primary reference and the outcome shall be binding.
• Any technical disruption during a game session that is not caused by mamibet does not void the outcome of completed game rounds.
• Mamibet reserves the right to void any bets or winnings arising from technical errors, display glitches, or system failures. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to the player's account.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorized method to play games is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Fund Withdrawal

Mamibet is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account registered in the same member's name.
• All accounts must complete the full identity verification (KYC) process before the first withdrawal can be processed. This includes submitting a copy of your ID and proof of current address.

• Withdrawal processing times typically range from a few minutes to 24 hours, depending on the selected payment method and current system load.
• Mamibet reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security or compliance checks, and will notify the affected member within a reasonable timeframe.

8 Member Conduct

Mamibet expects all members to conduct themselves with courtesy, responsibility, and respect toward other users and the mamibet team at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or any attempt to deceive the platform or other users in any manner.
• Money laundering or using the mamibet platform for any illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse, including collusion between different accounts to exploit promotions.
• Use of unauthorized software, bots, or automation to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Offensive language, threats, or any form of harassment directed at our support team or other users.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing others to use your account.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure at mamibet's discretion.

9 Account Closure

Either you or mamibet may close the account at any time and for any reason, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary closure by member: You may request account closure by contacting our support team via live chat. Any eligible real-money balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.
• Closure by mamibet: We reserve the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that endangers the platform or other users.
• Consequences of closure: Once an account is closed, your access to the platform will be revoked immediately. Any bonus balance with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mamibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or related to the use of our platform.

Mamibet does not guarantee that the platform will always be accessible, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. We will make every effort to maintain continuous platform availability; however, damages arising from unavoidable technical disruptions are beyond our control.

11 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the mamibet platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of mamibet or its content providers and is protected by international copyright law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the Mamibet platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Mamibet platform without our prior written consent.
• The name "mamibet" and associated logos are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12 Terms Amendment

Mamibet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of significant changes via in-app notifications or their registered email.
